Senior RS - Chemical Research

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to join our Chemical Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, managing lab operations, and providing critical support for scale-up and plant commissioning. This role is perfect for a professional with deep expertise in the fine chemicals industry who can seamlessly transition new products from the lab to full-scale commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Development: Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization. Design and execute experiments to assess the feasibility and scalability of new products.
• Scale-up & Plant Support: Drive scale-up activities to ensure a smooth transition from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production. Provide technical support during plant commissioning and ongoing operations to troubleshoot challenges and optimize processes.
• Data Management & Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R&D activities. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including experimental protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a fine chemicals industry R&D setting.
• Strong proficiency in data management and lab safety.
