We are seeking a skilled Senior RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath and solid programming experience to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 48 years of experience in automation and development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable RPA solutions. You will play a key role in leading automation initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation workflows meeting business and technical requirements.
- Build reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks for scalability.
- Integrate UiPath with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Technical Leadership
- Lead solution design discussions and define RPA best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Enhance development processes, tools, and documentation for improved efficiency.
Solution Design & Analysis
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, complexity evaluations, and effort estimations.
- Prepare and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and support materials.
Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production automations; perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize automation performance and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Support production deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
- 48 years of total experience, including substantial hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath.
- Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, web services, and databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and CI/CD concepts.
Nice-to-Have
- UiPath Certifications (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent).
- Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, or other UiPath ecosystem modules.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with OCR tools and machine-learning-based automation.
- Familiarity with version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
