We are looking for an experienced Senior Robotics Coordinator with strong expertise in STEM robotics to lead program execution and coordinate operations across Kerala. The role involves managing junior coordinators, ensuring smooth delivery of robotics programs, and maintaining high standards in training and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and oversee STEM robotics programs and curriculum
- Coordinate and manage operations across multiple locations in Kerala
- Lead, guide, and monitor junior coordinators to ensure consistent program delivery
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and robotics events
- Supervise hands-on robotics projects involving microcontrollers, sensors, and automation
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of robotics kits and lab resources
- Track performance, provide feedback, and support team development
- Collaborate with schools, institutions, and internal teams
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience in STEM robotics and project development
- Proficiency in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, and programming (Python/C/C++)
- Proven experience in team coordination and operations management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in managing multi-location teams
- Exposure to robotics competitions, AI, IoT, or automation
- Prior experience in training or educational program management
Experience:- 5+ years of experience in robotics/STEM with leadership or coordination exposure
