Role Description The Senior Robotic Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The person in this role will lead the design, programming, integration, and commissioning of robotic systems for welding and material handling applications, including BIW lines and special purpose machines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing robotics solutions, configuring PLCs and automation hardware, optimizing process automation workflows, and troubleshooting system performance on customer sites and in-house test environments. The Senior Robotic Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, prepare technical documentation, support installation and upgrades, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line automation and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong robotics expertise, including robot programming, integration, and commissioning for welding and material handling applications.
- Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing complex automation issues, optimizing processes, and interpreting technical data.
- Hands-on experience with process automation, PLC programming, and control systems for industrial assembly and production lines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and for preparing clear technical documentation.
- Practical software development capabilities related to robotics and automation, such as scripting, HMI configuration, or automation tool development.
- Experience with major PLC brands (e.g., Mitsubishi, AB, Siemens, Omron) and industrial robots (e.g., Yaskawa, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Panasonic, Kawasaki, Hyundai) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
