Senior Reviewer - Retail Valuation & Advisory

1. Originate and convert corporate valuation, lender, investor, portfolio and transaction-advisory mandates.

2. Build and manage senior relationships with banks, NBFCs, funds, developers, corporates, insolvency professionals and other institutional clients.

3. Lead client discussions, define scope, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate engagement terms in line with approved authority limits.

4. Lead or supervise valuation and advisory engagements, including financial analysis, market research, report review and client presentations.

5. Work with the technical reviewer and eligible Registered Valuer or RVE personnel to ensure appropriate quality review and regulated sign-off.

6. Establish scalable delivery standards, templates, case-management discipline and turnaround-time controls across the team.

7. Drive cross-selling between retail valuation, corporate valuation, project monitoring, LIE and related advisory services.

8. Own the monthly pipeline, mandate conversion, revenue, billing and collections review; explain material variances and actions.

9. Coach the initial team, allocate work with the reviewer and maintain client confidentiality, independence and conflict-of-interest controls.

10. Undertake other reasonable responsibilities needed to establish and scale the Strategic Advisory Platform.

Minimum Educational/Professional Background

Valuation degree from any accredited college in India in:

B.E. (Civil Engineering) OR

Diploma in Civil Engineering OR

Architect OR

Town Planner

Should be proficient in:

Prepare valuation calculations, both online (using tech platform) and offline (using MS Excel, etc.)

Prepare valuation reports, both online (using tech platform) and offline (using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)

Review valuation calculations and reports prepared by drafters, both online (using tech platform) and offline (using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.), to check and review before submission to client

Coordinate with client representative(s) and discuss valuations with them as and when required,

To ensure timely delivery of valuation reports to clients, both online and offline as required

Years of experience

More than 7 years in valuation and advisory, preferably in IPCs, Real Estate Consultancy, Banks/Fis, Other Valuation Firms
