Job Description

One of our early-stage B2B SaaS portfolio companies in the sustainability space is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own and all data and tracking for all leads and clients in pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate our Revenue Operations stack, with HubSpot at the core
  • Manage workflows, property models, integrations, and data flows across Sales, Marketing, and other systems
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that power day-to-day decision-making
  • Ensure high data quality and integrity across contacts, companies, deals, and activities
  • Build and optimize lead enrichment, routing, and sequencing workflows to
  • Write basic SQL and Python to query data, transform datasets, and build custom analyses
  • Partner with Product, Research, Marketing, and Finance to support ad-hoc analysis, funnel diagnostics, and performance investigations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot as a primary CRM
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, funnels, and sales lifecycle metrics
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic Python
  • Experience building dashboards and running analysis using Metabase or similar BI tools
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a remote-working environment
