Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hisar for a Senior Resident in Surgery. The Senior Resident will be responsible for assisting in surgeries, conducting pre-operative and post-operative care, monitoring patient progress, and participating in clinical rounds. The role also includes mentoring junior residents, ensuring adherence to protocols, and contributing to research and teaching activities as needed within the department.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive surgical skills, including pre-operative and operative management
- Experience in post-operative patient care, clinical rounds, and diagnosing surgical conditions
- Strong mentoring and teaching abilities, particularly for guiding junior residents
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to adhering to medical protocols and maintaining patient safety
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS, MS or equivalent) and valid professional licensing
- Previous experience in an academic or teaching hospital environment is an advantage
