Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Resident at Sarvesh Healthcity, located in Nashik. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, performing medical procedures, supervising junior residents, contributing to patient diagnosis and treatment plans, and enthusiastic involvement of research and atudies. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with expertise in performing medical procedures
- Ability to guide, supervise, and mentor junior residents and team members
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, protocols, and patient safety guidelines
- Postgraduate degree (MS or equivalent) in a relevant medical specialty
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Experience in a hospital or multi-disciplinary healthcare setting is a plus
