Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients presenting with cardiovascular symptoms, conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., ECG, echocardiography, stress tests), and accurately diagnose cardiovascular diseases.
  • Treatment and Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and interventions. Prescribe and adjust medications, recommend cardiac procedures (e.g., angioplasty, stenting), and coordinate care with specialists.
  • Cardiac Procedures and Interventions: Assist in cardiac procedures such as cardiac catheterization, pacemaker implantation, and cardioversion. Contribute to procedural planning, execution, and post-procedure care under supervision.
  • Patient Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor patients during hospitalization, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans. Participate in outpatient clinics for follow-up visits and ongoing patient education.
  • Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, technicians, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in rounds, case discussions, and team communications.
