Job Description
A Senior Research Executive (UK) for the new Client Services team which is currently being set up in the CENX. This role will involve project management, as well as helping to shape and define the processes and workflow whilst the team is being set up and established. As this team will expand rapidly over-time, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to combine their research skills, whilst also being part of setting up and establishing a new team that is critical to YouGov's growth plans.
In addition to running client projects from start-to-finish, this role will also be supporting clients who choose to access our Research services via YouGov's new platform, which is currently in development.
This role will also involve supporting the more junior members of the team with their project work and career development.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in working with quantitative research
- A track record of high-quality quantitative research design and delivery
- Supporting more junior members of the team
- Commercial/research acumen (including examples of commercial success and project troubleshooting)
- Experience of Omnibus processes (e.g. compiling etc)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Technical Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Quantitative research design and some experience of analytics (e.g. NPS, max diff etc.)
Behavioural Competencies
- A drive to commercially succeed and solve clients problems
- Collaborative, positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Committed to supporting and developing more junior members of the team
Additional Information
Can be based in Bangalore. Shift pattern 2pm-11pm IST
