The Senior Research Executive you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day management of standard market research studies, from briefing to report out. The focus will be on key projects that inform and influence strategic decision making within the Operating Company that you support. On more complex projects, you will work alongside the Senior Manage to deliver the project.

This position reports to the Senior Manager. Customer & Market Insights and is part of the Cytiva Marketing Global Capability Center located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Liaise directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs and Manage project timelines.
• Contribute to project design and delivery discussions.
• Brief and manage agencies where appropriate.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and charting. Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights with delivery of (part of) the research findings and recommendation.
• Work on creating research deliverables. Independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.

What you will do:

• Degree level qualified (2:1 as a minimum) is essential, ideally in a relevant area (e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Psychology)
• Must have 3+ years previous market research experience working within a market research agency
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with market research quantitative tools such as Q, Tableau etc.
• Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/ healthcare /life science research sector experience
• Experience with dashboarding such as Power BI
