Job Description:

4. Implementation, active participation, and leading projects in the field:
5.Implement control algorithms (PID/LQR/MPC as applicable) and integrate with vehicle dynamics Implement signal-processing pipelines (filtering, detection, feature extraction) for sensors
Tune controllers using logs/sim results and document tuning methodology
Controls + signal processing implementation , Solid math (linear algebra, kinematics/frames) , Data analysis and tuning workflow
6.Research, feasibility assessment, and state-of-the-art (SoA) studies for adapting emerging NDT techniques (ultrasonics, electromagnetics, acoustics), survey modalities (bathymetry, sub-bottom profiling, imaging sonar, scour estimation), and vision-based systems (laser, photogrammetry, LiDAR) to robotic platforms
Research & analysis, domain knowledge in NDT and survey systems, critical thinking, technical writing
7.Project delivery management, continuous improvement of existing products and services (reliability, maintainability, lifecycle), corrective action implementation, IP generation (papers, patents), and contribution to standards and processes
Project management, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, scientific publishing, IP management.
