Role Senior Research Analyst or Lead Analyst - ESG and sustainability Roles and responsibilities: - Lead ESG report writing and deliverables for corporate clients - Conduct qualitative and quantitative ESG research and analysis - Analyze ESG performance across E, S, G pillars (climate, DEI, governance, etc.) - Manage client communications and tailor outputs to stakeholder needs

- PG in Environmental Science/Sustainability/ESG
- 2- 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability research, reporting or ESG consulting
- Experience working with international reporting frameworks (ISSB IFRS S1, S2, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CSRD)
- Superior report writing skills, employing strong story lining
- Materiality assessment, understanding of key and latest industry updates, regulatory developments
- Secondary research excellence (triangulating sources, defensible conclusions) - Client communication and relationship management with professionalism - Project management (multi-project delivery, deadlines, quality control) - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work independently
