Senior Research Analyst

Content management

·       Support corporate content origination and editorial within Responsive in partnership with the SMEs to improve content quality by customisation as necessary

·       Maintain proper Responsive records in respect of housekeeping rules for full audit trail

·       Lead Responsive scheduled update cycles to ensure that content library's upkeep with critical changes and accuracy

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure SME diligence in maintaining content working in partnership with LBU and team Champions

·       Develop a broad understanding of company's investment products, and attain knowledge on all areas of the company's operation, acquaint with key stakeholders

·       Assist in gatekeeping incoming content changes and checking across the content library for consistency (as Responsive Moderator)

·       Assist in templating and automating tasks within content library and manages the standard RFPs regular publication

RFP support

·       Support core sales channels globally (Institutional / Retail / Internal) by delivering high quality, compelling RFPs, DDQs with accuracy , consistency, and timeliness

·       Manage the end-to-end RFP process from initial kick-off to final submission, ensuring  quality control, compliance, crafting persuasive and compelling content, and manage critical time path towards delivery

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams and utilise a wide range of tools, and sources to gather information/responses for each RFP including quantitative data work

·       Maintain proper RFP records in respect of housekeeping rules for full audit trail

Expected attributes

·       Graduates or experience with a Finance or asset management background

·       Good writing, and demonstrable organisational skills a must

·       Strong interests in investment products and self-initiative to manage learning curve

·       Prior Responsive experience desired 

·       Working knowledge of RFP/data tools (Responsive, Aladdin, Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment Analytics etc.) strong plus

·       A team player, a problem-solver, multi-tasker

·       Able to work under pressure and deadlines
