Senior Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join the Investor Reporting team supporting clients and investment funds across Private Credit, Private Equity and Real Estate domains.

The role involves preparation and review of investor-facing reports, portfolio and holding reports, performance reporting, investment return calculations and data reconciliation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of IRR, MOIC and advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Investor Factsheets, Portfolio Reports, Holding Reports and Performance Reports.
• Prepare periodic Investor Reporting and performance summaries for institutional investors/LPs.
• Calculate and validate investment performance metrics including IRR, XIRR, MOIC and investment returns.
• Analyze portfolio and investment-level data and identify variances or discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliation of investment, valuation, cash-flow and investor-level data.
• Review portfolio holdings, cost basis, fair value, realized and unrealized gains/losses.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of investor reporting deliverables.
• Work with internal teams, fund administrators and other stakeholders to resolve data breaks.
• Perform quality checks and validation of reports before distribution to investors.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.
• Maintain reporting templates and improve reporting processes using Advanced Excel.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within defined SLA/TAT and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Investor Reporting.
• Knowledge of Private Equity / Private Credit / Real Estate investments.
• Good understanding of portfolio and investment performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IRR, XIRR and MOIC.
• Experience with Factsheet, Portfolio, Holding and Performance Reports.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF formulas, conditional formatting and data reconciliation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
