Role: Senior Reporting Analyst - Center of Excellence (Pune, India)

The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune

In this role you will...

  • Compile and organize data to support critical business decisions
  • Coordinate and prioritize Order to Cash team reporting requirements and requests related to Oracle and SFDC, as well as build and test the reports.
  • Identify anomalies in system data and analyze.
  • Assist Team Leads with specific projects or other initiatives
  • Prepare data reconciliations between systems on a quarterly basis and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Assist business teams in performing system testing and audits.
  • Assist in building KPI's.
  • Support Continuous Improvement of the functions and suggest realistic ideas for efficiency gains
  • Proactively escalate issues to the Team Lead that require intervention/clarification
  • Keep desktop documentation up to date and relevant
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity, contributing to an inclusive working, and learning environment
  • Consideration of privacy and security obligations

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...

  • A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience
  • 3+ years of relevant data analytics and reporting experience
  • Experience in reporting in systems such as: Oracle, SFDC, Tableau
  • Good knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controls
  • Advance English and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
  • Experience building new capabilities and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
  • Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones
  • Readiness to work UK hours

Extra dose of awesome if you have...

  • Experience in BPO industry would be an added advantage
  • Experience with subscription management platforms
