Key Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (including Queries and advanced formula usage)
• Google Slides & PowerPoint
• Google Docs
• Strong in scripting & automation (Helios scripting tool preferred; trainable if not known)
• Any scripting tool would work
• Dashboard creation & maintenance
• ATS knowledge
• Analytical skills – ability to automate processes, pull reports
• SLA-related data management
• Prepare scorecards and publish
• Attendance tracker management
• Business review dashboards (weekly/monthly) and data maintenance
• Data Analytics
• SQL
• PLX or Looker or Tableau (preferred BI tools)

Functional Skills

• Good Project Management & Time Management
• Consultative approach
• Flexible to work across APAC/EMEA/US shifts
• Preferred background: HR Operations or Recruitment (not mandatory)
• Individual Contributor role, no team handling experience required
• Internal work focus; Good communication skills and ability to articulate well
