How you will contribute

You will:

• Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
• Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
• Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
• Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what businessanalytics will deliver

You will be part of Mondelz's biggest Analytics Team, delivering world-class analytical solutions showcasing global business impact using sophisticated tools and technologies. You will drive Visualization and Data Processing capabilities to the next level by delivering solutions that impact day-to-day productivity. Build trust and credibility with global stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets.

• Develop and scale up global solutions under the Advanced Analytics and Reporting domain for theMondelez Supply Chain (SCM).
• Drive end-to-end automation by performing best-in-class technology integration usingSQL, Alteryx, and GCP.
• Build best-in-class interactive analytics tools and web apps with superior user experience by leveragingPower BI, Power Apps, and Dash Python.
• Develop business solutions that are scalable, automated, self-sustainable, and interactive for end-users
• Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional global stakeholders to deliver strategic projects on time and right first time.
• Develop and execute strategies to automate KPIs across all existing dashboards and dataflows to ensure single source of truth.
• Develop custom models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends that drive long-term business performance.
• Leverage AI-powered self-service analytics capabilities of Databricks Genie, to enable business users to query and explore governed data using natural language, reducing dependency on technical teams and accelerating insight delivery.
• Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that demonstrates the strategic value of analytics to senior leadership.
• Sustain existing reports and dashboards, ensuring timely updates, high data integrity, and zero downtime.
• Good to have:Experience withReact/JSfor custom web development andAmazon Quick Suite for cloud-based visualization.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree, in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science

Job specific requirements:

.Demonstrated experience in applying analytical techniques to solve complex business problems

. Proven experience in analytics and reporting projects with Cross-Functional and Global stakeholders

. Experience in Visualization Tools (Power BI is a must Tableau at a basic level Spotfire is an advantage)

. Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (SQL and Alteryx are a must Talend/ R/ Prep is an advantage)

. Experience in web app development tools and projects using Dash (Python) experience in Power Apps and Power Automate is a must React / JS is an advantage

. Extensive experience in bringing data together from multiple sources, bringing out insights, and showcasing them in an easy-to-understand visualization

. Total relevant experience of 7-9 years

. Demonstrated ability to apply AI/generative AI features within modern BI platforms (Amazon Quick, Databricks)

. Proficiency in Databricks Genie for AI-powered natural language data querying, self-service BI, and configuring Genie Spaces to enable business users to interact with governed data
