Reliability Engineer responsible for supporting product improvement and new product development to ensure they meet performance, quality, reliability, validation and cost requirements.
Reliability of power electronics including ROM development considering internal eAxle loads.
Reliability of Power module mounted brazed cooler.
Thermal management, requirements for HV safety , Vibration robustness [with Eaxle & vehicle load]
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge on EE components
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in automotive development projects, specifically in roles focused on product reliability engineering.
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles for automotive products, aligned with application-specific requirements
Solid foundation in mechanics fundamentals (vibration, thermal, thermo-mechanical, etc.) with hands-on experience in related testing familiarity with field load analysis, failure analysis, and risk assessment
Good knowledge of product validation methodologies, particularly those related to lifetime and durability requirements.
Experience in designing validation plans based on anticipated failure modes using FMEA and Impact analysis
Proven experience in conducting failure analysis and identifying root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, CAR, and FTA.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, coordinate testing activities, and engage effectively with customers.
Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with international testing standards and their appropriate application and correlation within automotive environment
Reliability Certifications , REX (preferred/not mandatory)
