Manage release schedules, deployment plans, and production changes to ensure smooth and timely releases.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to align cross-functional project activities.
Lead release planning, environment scheduling, and deployment execution across multiple projects.
Monitor project and environment health using dashboards, metrics, and status reports.
Ensure compliance requirements (PCI/SOX) are met by verifying release gates and checklist completion.
Manage issue tracking and resolution, ensuring problems are addressed from initiation to closure.
Identify dependencies, data requirements, and integration points for upcoming releases.
What You Know
8–12 years of experience in Release Management within IT environments.
Proven ability to lead high-performance cross-functional teams including Developers, Architects, QA, and Product teams.
Strong experience in release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leadership.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
Experience in driving delivery excellence, managing complex releases, and ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
