Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Relationship Officer - Vehicle Loan, based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kannur, Malappuram, Pathanamthitta with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and managing relationships with clients, driving vehicle loan sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the organization. The Senior Relationship Officer will also collaborate with teams to meet targets and adhere to organizational standards while promoting Bank of India's retail loan products.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and a strong understanding of vehicle loan processes
- Knowledge of Finance, with the ability to analyze and manage loan applications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client trust
- Experience in Sales, particularly in retail or banking products
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets and adapt to dynamic environments
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic understanding of financial regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
