Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aligarh for a Senior Relationship Manager. The role involves building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored housing finance solutions. Key responsibilities include driving business development, conducting client visits, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The candidate will also provide expert guidance on loan products and processes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving targets
- Knowledge of financial products, especially housing finance solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client concerns effectively
- Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with clients in-person
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services or housing finance industry is an advantage
