CTC: Up to 5.5 Lacs + High Incentives
Job Role: The SRM is a senior-level sales role responsible for driving high-value business and managing complex mortgage cases. You will be expected to bring in quality business through an established network of high-performing channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Value Sourcing: Focus on larger LAP cases and premium affordable housing files.
- Channel Management: Manage a portfolio of 1520 active channel partners/DSAs and ensure their productivity.
- Technical Evaluation: Perform preliminary credit checks on self-employed (SENP) profiles and informal income segments.
- Mentorship: Assist the team in navigating complex legal or technical hurdles during the loan process.
- Retention Growth: Ensure the stability of the partner network and positive market feedback for DCB Bank.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Mortgages (HL/LAP). Experience in Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) is preferred.
- Stability: Must have a stable career record (no frequent job hopping).
- Network: Strong existing connections with DSAs and Connectors in the Delhi/NCR or Karnal region.
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate.
