Key Responsibilities

Gold Loan Operations: Handle loan applications, appraisal, disbursement, and repayment monitoring.
Customer Service: Assist clients in understanding loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
Gold Appraisal: Perform accurate valuation and purity testing of gold assets.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Business Development: Drive sales, expand customer base, and cross-sell financial products.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate loan-to-value (LTV) ratios and minimize delinquency rates.X
