Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer experience, and driving successful real estate transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, creating tailored property solutions, managing transactions, providing consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven sales acumen, client negotiation, and account management expertise
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and investment strategies
  • Ability to handle property discovery, advisory, and transaction management professionally
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and monitor performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate advisory or sales is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams
