Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for the Liability Business within the Mid-Market Group (MMG) for the Mumbai region. The role will focus on driving liability growth by acquiring and managing relationships with large mid-corporate clients, deepening wallet share, and offering transaction banking and allied solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive liability business growth from mid-corporate clients in the Mumbai market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and other CXOs of large mid-corporate companies.
- Source and grow CASA, term deposits, and operating account relationships.
- Cross-sell Cash Management Services (CMS) and transaction banking solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized banking solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement through treasury, payments, collections, and wealth offerings.
- Ensure portfolio growth, client retention, and high-quality relationship management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in generating liability business in the corporate / mid-corporate banking segment.
- Strong market presence and established network with promoters and CXOs of large mid-corporates in Mumbai.
- Good understanding of CMS products such as UPI, card settlements, payment gateway, APIs, and host-to-host integrations.
- Experience in offering transaction banking solutions to corporate clients.
- Exposure to Wealth Management products will be an added advantage.
- Strong relationship management, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
