Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Puri. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partners, distributors, and clients in the region. Daily responsibilities include onboarding and training partners, supporting them in offering suitable insurance products, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for their customers. The role involves regularly meeting partners, understanding their business needs, tracking performance, and driving sales growth through targeted engagement and support activities. The Senior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams for product updates, issue resolution, and process improvements, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience handling partner or corporate accounts.
  • Proven exposure to insurance, financial services, or related distribution businesses, ideally in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex products in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills, including tracking targets, monitoring performance, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based, on-site environment with regular partner visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Willingness to work within regulatory guidelines and uphold high standards of ethics and customer protection.
