Role Overview:
- The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile
- Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member
- Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up Skill and Competencies required:
- Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Malayalam) proactive ness, listening skills, service orientation
- Ability to read/interact to understand the customer requirements
- High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
