Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Varanasi. In this on-site role, the Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing comprehensive financial solutions. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities to expand relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and keeping clients informed of market trends and updates. Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements is also a key element of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to analyze financial trends and provide strategic investment planning
- Proficiency with financial tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector, is an advantage
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
