Role Description:

Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for affordable home loans.
• Manage partnerships, referrals and customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support suitable loan solutions for customers.
• Achieve business goals through effective relationship management and market development.

Qualifications

1. Relationships and communication: Build trust with academic and corporate partners through strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Program and data skills: Coordinate events and partnerships across institutions, and analyse performance data into actionable reports.
3. Education and language: Graduate; fluent in English and regional languages, with sensitivity to Tier-2 and Tier-3 contexts.
4. Location and mindset: On-site in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with regional travel; self-motivated, collaborative, and aligned with JobSarathi's mission.
