Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Relationship Manager at InCred Premier. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized financial advisory services. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, designing financial solutions, promoting suitable investment products, and ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining regular contact and providing updates on financial portfolios. The role will also involve leveraging the InCred Premier platform to guide clients through investments and financial goal planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management skills, client engagement, and ability to foster long-term trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in financial advisory, portfolio management, and wealth management strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Knowledge of investment products such as MLDs, MFs, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, and related financial instruments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Result-oriented approach with abilities in client acquisition, investment planning, and revenue generation for the organization.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; certification in wealth management or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a strong asset.
