Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, with particular focus on the SME
• Cross sell various loan products
• Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate
• KYC, customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers requirements and structure deals
• Prepare credit proposals, analyze financials, identify key risks and mitigating factors
• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company or Officers acting on behalf of the Company

Requirements:

• Preferably with a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking & finance / SME/ Corporate lending
• Possess a must possess a pleasant, outgoing personality and have a flair for sales and marketing
