Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru for Home Loans and Banking. The ideal candidate will own and manage key banking partnerships, handle end-to-end home loan processing, and drive significant monthly disbursements. Responsibilities include financial consulting for home loan products, coordinating with SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, PNB & leading NBFCs, assisting in negotiations and deal closures, managing high-value client cases including NRI loans and LAP, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

- 6-10 years of experience in home loans, DSA, banking, or housing finance sector

- Strong network with bank RMs, branch managers & NBFCs in Bengaluru / Hyderabad

- Proven monthly disbursement record of ₹10 Crore+

- Deep knowledge of home loan products, NRI loans, LAP, construction loans & RBI regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation & client management skills

- Ability to independently manage and grow 

 the banking vertical

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,  or related field (MBA preferred)

- Prior experience in real estate or financial services is mandatory
