Role – Senior Relationship Manager Commercial Credit Cards
Function/Department – Credit Cards
Location - Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon
Job Purpose :
Drive acquisition of NTB corporate clients and overall growth of commercial credit card business across assigned cities/region.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Execution, Customer onboarding, training, and spend activation
- Support RHs and coverage teams in deal closure, onboarding, client activation, and spend growth
- Assist RHs and Coverage Teams in completing deal documentation and onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding
- Train clients on corporate card portal and digital tools
- Track card usage and proactively drive spend enhancement
- Act as point of contact for post-onboarding support
- Revenue and profitability
- Team and culture building
- Meeting all revenue targets
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Industries : Banking, Credit cards, Corporate Payment platforms, NBFCs
Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in relevant fields
