One of the Largest Depositories in the World is hiring for Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance & Depository Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret SEBI/Depositories regulations and manage issuance of circulars, SOPs, manuals, and FAQs.
- Coordinate with SEBI, MIIs, and internal teams on compliance matters and regulatory amendments.
- Handle participant queries and clarifications with timely and consistent responses.
- Oversee depository business transfers, account onboarding, and securities transfer/transmission.
- Maintain and update DP master records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Track regulatory developments, conduct impact analysis, support BRDs, system testing, and ensure timely implementation.
- Lead compliance meetings, training sessions for Participants, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support audits, SEBI inspections, regulatory reviews, and track KRIs and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with ICSDs and global forums for regulatory alignment.
- Provide team leadership, manage escalations, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in capital markets, depository operations, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI/Depositories regulations and DP operations.
- Proven experience in regulatory coordination, audits, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
