Job Description

  • Should have a graduate or postgraduate degree with eight to twelve years of recruitment experience
  • Should have solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Should have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Should have a good grasp on sourcing from different platforms
  • Should also have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to Initiate various communicate channels for recruitment
  • Driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals
  • Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
  • Strong Excel and database management skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience of 4-6 years in scaling up teams.
  • Comfortable to work as an individual contributor initially
  • Have worked in developing recruitment processes and strategies
  • Working knowledge on various job portals Linkedin, Naukri, iim jobs
  • Work independently on closing positions
  • Can think out of the box and provide innovative solutions
  • Experience in employer branding will be preferred
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
