Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our HR team at our Gurugram Head Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and locations.

• Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Handle mid-level, senior-level, and niche hiring across technical and corporate functions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking, and other channels.

• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary discussions, and profile evaluation.

• Coordinate interviews with Business Heads, Functional Heads, and Senior Management.

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer release and joining.

• Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and talent pool for critical positions.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.

• Ensure hiring within defined TAT and recruitment targets.

• Work closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.

• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Ground-Mounted Solar

BESS / Energy Storage

Power & Renewable Energy

DESIRED PROFILE:

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and people-focused recruitment professional who can independently manage multiple requirements and work closely with business stakeholders.

Preferred:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Power, Infrastructure or Engineering will be an advantage.

• Strong exposure to sourcing and closing positions across different levels.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
