Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Specialist with 5–7+ years of experience in full-cycle hiring, including niche and hard-to-fill roles. This role will serve as both a recruitment partner and process owner, driving high-quality outcomes across internal and client teams. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with sourcing strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and managing recruiting systems end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized and critical roles across various industries
- Build and own sourcing strategies to attract top talent in niche domains
- Act as a partner to hiring managers by consulting on role requirements, market benchmarks, and process design
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and structured hiring experience from outreach to offer
- Conduct interviews and evaluations with a focus on skills, values, and long-term fit
- Own and improve internal recruitment processes, tools, and documentation
- Analyze hiring data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and enhance time-to-hire
- Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing innovations
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to niche or specialized roles
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing hard-to-fill positions across various functions
- Experience managing full-cycle hiring independently, including strategy, execution, and process ownership
- Familiarity with working across global or offshore teams is a strong plus
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to balance multiple open roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and modern ATS or sourcing tools
