About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Recruitment to lead large-scale hiring operations across Sales, Fintech, E-commerce, and BPO verticals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands-on experience in driving mass hiring (up to 5000+ numbers) and building high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations across multiple business verticals.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
• Build, mentor, and manage large teams focused on high-volume delivery.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to forecast hiring needs and capacity plans.
• Establish sourcing networks, vendor partnerships, and digital hiring pipelines.
• Track hiring efficiency using dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining hiring speed and quality.
• Manage budgets, SLAs, and compliance for all large-scale hiring projects.
