Job Title: Mass Retail Recruitment Manager (Team Handling Role) For Staffing Business

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Reporting To: Head Talent Acquisition / HR Head
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters (310 members depending on volume).
Allocate targets, monitor performance, and provide training and support to ensure team success.
Conduct daily/weekly team reviews to track hiring progress and productivity.
Mass/Bulk Hiring Execution
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring (frontline roles such as store staff, cashiers, delivery boys, merchandisers, etc.).
Collaborate with operations and store managers to understand current and forecasted manpower needs.
Conduct and manage large-scale walk-in drives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and tie-ups with hiring partners.
Sourcing & Channel Development
Design sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and local sources.
Build partnerships with training institutes, skill development centers, and local agencies for talent pipelines.
Operational Excellence
Maintain and present accurate recruitment dashboards, MIS, and reports for leadership review.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
Optimize hiring TAT (Turnaround Time) and cost-per-hire.
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure adherence to hiring policies and labor laws.
Streamline recruitment operations and continuously improve the hiring process.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 510 years in mass recruitment with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial role.
Industry Experience: Retail / E-commerce / Logistics / FMCG (field and store hiring experience is a must).
Skills:
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Other Details:
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Flexible as per business needs)
