Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Lead to manage the end-to-end hiring process and attract top talent aligned with our company's vision. This role involves strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding to build a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs to source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance hiring strategies.

Candidate Experience & Offer Management

  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining engagement.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate hiring records and dashboards.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).

Employer Branding & Market Engagement

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and branding initiatives.
  • Promote a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber talent.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
