Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and consulting roles across business units
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier IT talent
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet defined KPIs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment
- Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Generate and present recruitment reports for internal stakeholders and for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets
- Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referrals
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in hiring for Product base companies
- Understanding of the Indian IT talent market
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
