We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive with strong experience in IT or Gaming domain. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end hiring, partner closely with hiring managers and deliver quality talent across technical, creative, and leadership roles in a fast-paced environment.
Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, gaming communities, and niche platforms
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, cultural alignment, and role suitability
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Handle offer negotiations, closures, and joining follow-ups to meet hiring timelines
- Maintain and update recruitment tracker
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Participate in hiring events, drives, or campus engagements (if required)
Required:
- 7+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT / Gaming / Tech industry
- Proven experience hiring for mid to senior-level technical and gaming roles
- Strong understanding of game related requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-growing environment
