Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to support our ambitious growth plans.

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end to end recruitment lifecycle, combining hands on coordination, recruitment operations and stakeholder support. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help identify, hire and onboard high quality talent while delivering a consistently positive and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient recruitment administration and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate interviews end to end, including collating candidate availability, scheduling interviews, and sharing interview feedback or summaries directly or via recruitment partners
  • Manage job postings across the FSP ATS, careers website and other recruitment channels
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring calls, emails and requests are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner
  • Support the preparation and delivery of accurate recruitment reporting, providing insight into hiring activity and progress
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment policies, processes and best practices are followed consistently
  • Act as an ambassador for FSP, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Support the completion of pre employment and onboarding checks in line with company and regulatory requirements

About you

  • 3+ years experience in a recruitment coordination or recruitment operations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and recruitment systems
  • A positive and collaborative team contributor
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer and candidate experience
