Are you a passionate recruitment professional ready to take on a 360 role with global exposure Comaea Consulting is expanding its India team and we're looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead business development in the Indian market and deliver recruitment solutions across the APAC region.

Our India office operation was started in 2022 and it is being developed as a strategic hub supporting recruitment projects across APAC, working closely with global clients and regional teams. We specialize in:
- Executive Search & Selection, powered by psychometric assessments
- Human Capital Consulting, including leadership development, executive coaching, and career outplacement
- Marine, Industrial, and Technology sector across Asia Pacific region
The Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Business development in the India market: Identifying and engaging with potential clients, pitching solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships
- End-to-end recruitment delivery across the APAC region, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, psychometric assessments, client coordination, and placement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights on talent acquisition and leadership fit
- Collaborating with our international offices on multi-country mandates
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related studies
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (360 or client-facing roles), preferably in a consulting or search environment
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and managing clients
- Exposure to mid-to-senior-level hiring; experience with international or APAC recruitment is a plus
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in using psychometric tools and structured assessment frameworks to guide hiring decisions
