BGR is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Headhunter) who can independently drive end-to-end search assignments with minimal supervision. - Market research & talent intelligence
- Market mapping & long-listing
- Candidate outreach & engagement
- Primary screening & assessment
- Shortlist report creation
- Interview coordination
- Client & candidate communication
- ATS and Database updates
- Supporting senior consultants on CXO and midsenior level mandates
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience (mandatory) - Age no bar
- Prior exposure to manufacturing / engineering / industrial sector hiring
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong ownership mindset: reliable, committed, sincere
- Go-getter attitude with excellent follow-through
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and consistency
- Familiarity with ATS tools & structured reporting
