Hiring Process

We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment operations and candidate experience. This is an Exclusive Walk-In Drive.

Interested candidates are requested to share their resume at [Confidential Information]. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for screening.Venue details and timings for the walk-in drive will be shared with screened candidates.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support Recruitment lifecycle job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
  2. Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
  4. Prompt response to queries from Internal and External stakeholders
  5. Update and maintain documentation along with the applicant data in ATS with accuracy.
  6. Works with strong process discipline and is skilled in Microsoft Office and Data Management tools. Handles ambiguity while balancing SLAs, quality, and priorities.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
  2. Non-technical graduates are preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong Aptitude and must be good with Analytics Skills
  5. Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines
  6. Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
