Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across the United States and Europe. The role requires strong expertise in international hiring practices, stakeholder management, and talent market insights across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire high‑quality talent
Key Responsibilities:
End‑to‑End Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑to‑senior level roles across the US and Europe.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for Sales, technical, corporate, and niche roles.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage market intelligence to advise business on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and hiring decisions.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview panels, feedback discussions, and selection decisions efficiently.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Lead offer discussions, including compensation alignment, approvals, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding across regions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during hiring and joining processes.
Process Improvement & Mentorship
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or coordinators, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, with proven exposure to US and European hiring.
- Strong understanding of regional labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across time zones with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for Sales, technology, engineering, and specialized roles.
- Knowledge of visa categories, background checks, and compliance processes for US/EU hires.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
