Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
• Allocate requisitions and manage team workload effectively
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

• Mentor and coach team members to support their performance and career growth
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and candidate engagement
• Leverage recruitment tools and platforms including ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
