Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter Semiconductor / VLSI Hiring who will be responsible for end-to-end technical recruitment across core semiconductor domains. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hiring for VLSI roles and should be capable of partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Semiconductor / VLSI positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical panels to understand role requirements
- Evaluate candidates on technical areas such as RTL, DFT, PD/STA, Verification, Validation, Embedded/Firmware, AMS/Analog, EDA tools, UVM, ATPG etc.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche semiconductor roles
- Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Drive offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Stay updated with market trends in VLSI/Semiconductor hiring
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in Semiconductor / VLSI hiring
- Strong understanding of the following domains:
- RTL Design
- DFT
- Physical Design / STA
- Functional Verification & Validation
- Embedded/Firmware
- Analog/AMS
- EDA tools
- UVM, ATPG
- Proven experience in hiring mid to senior-level VLSI engineers
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
